When you hand in your documents you must sign the receipt confirming that they were submitted.
The secretary checks that your documents are complete and gives you any guidance you need.
The executive office receives the documents you submitted and, following its internal rules, puts them before the next meeting of the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors considers the congregation's or organisation's application and decides whether to admit it as a member.
The executive office informs you whether your congregation or organisation has been admitted as a member.
A congregation or organisation that has been admitted comes to the executive office in person to receive its membership certificate, and pays the membership fee from that year onwards according to the established rules.
