The Council Meeting is responsible for leading the Alliance's work without interruption between sessions of the General Assembly. Made up of representatives of the Board of Directors and the ministries, it meets regularly to take prompt decisions, oversees the annual plan, budget and its delivery, and reports to the General Assembly.
